WORKERS COMPENSATION SUPPORT
If you are unlucky enough to be injured or become ill as a result of work, you may be entitled to workers compensation for lost wages, medical and other expenses related to your rehabilitation.

Getting back to work after an injury can be a long and arduous process. The SDA supports our members along the way, from making sure their claim is given a fair hearing, to assisting them during their recuperation and then helping them return to work.

The union has a workers compensation officer who can help members with any problems, and if necessary our firm of solicitors can act on their behalf.
